Tenderloin Tips
This might be one of the best dishes I have ever had. The steak was so delicious and tender. I had the collard greens as one of my sides and it was simply amazing. We sat at the bar and Deborah provided the best service with a smile. Go check this amazing local place out!
Shrimp & Grits 2.0
This is destined to become your new favorite must have meal in town. Their signature green Chile grits paired with perfectly sauteed shrimp and a special spicy Cajun sauce. LB has the best grits I've ever had...no joke...in my life. I've ordered the same dish the last 8/10 visits. Will be there tomorrow to have my favorite LB dish!!
575 Chicken
Been here a few times all the meals I have tried have been absolutely delicious. But the real treat is the Green Chile Grits, they are absolutely amazing! Going there for lunch today I'm going to order a couple of bowls to go to take back to El Paso. If you haven't tried the Green Chile Grits I highly recommend them, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Oh my gosh I must say this is some of the best, if not the best, food in Carlsbad! And there's so much of it!

THE BEST THING ON THE MENU! However, the entire menu is fantastic! The staff is great and very attentive. The atmosphere is very nice as well.
